nice and easy....didn't want to deal with the rain so waited and thought I had a window..started to sprinkle as soon as I got outside..wasn't taking any chances so stayed close to home..left hip and piriformis was really sore and acting up...cut the run very short..may try to get out again for another short run, if the weather gets any better
