This was from our 5 man team at the Lake Winnie Relay..Leg 3 was crazy as shit..a half mile in you hit a hill like I have never seen and it goes from 500ft to 900+ ft in less than 0.2 miles..followed by all rolling hills..nothing flat..overall was very happy with my result..considering the first mile was an 8:20..I got handed the baton in 3rd place and only got passed by one team at the 3 mile mark...started to bonk right around the 8 mile mark..was supposed to double and run the 4th leg too, but had to pass the baton....still doubbled, but ending up running the 6th leg...which was longer.
overall 11th fastest time for this leg
