skipped track last night since I was tired and I didn;t feel like going back out into the Frozen Tundra..decided to make up for my laziness by running an interval w/o on the mill

4 x 1/2 mile repeats @ 6:00 w/ 0.25 mile recoveires @ 8:00
1 mile @ 6:40
