ran a parloff relay with Jay...lots of fun a a tough w/o...run 2 laps around the track at 90% max and tag your partner..they run 2 laps an you continue until you have both run a mile...the only rest is waiting for your partner to finish the laps..took a 5 minute break and then switched directions and ran alternating single laps until each ran a mile...no clue on pace since no watch, but it felt much faster than the past couple of weeks where I ran 6mpm pace..i'd say somewhere in the low-mid 5mpm range
