definitely getting some heat conditioning. hydrating a lot to make sure these warmer rides don't impact me (1.5 bottles during the ride, plus a bottle of Nuun after) I'm just keeping it easy on these bonus rides. I did do one 120+ RPM stretch and kept it at a fairly high cadence to get a little technique work in, though. i wondered if my legs would seem tired with the extra load this week, but i actually felt very good.
