4 west side intervals. i did the first alone, and then the 3rd with Jeff C and 4th with Jeff C and Farang, but we got caught by cars on both of the last 2. ended the lap on the 3rd, but did a little last surge to the pedestrian trail after the car turned. On the 4th, i was at the back and we started a little slower.
I felt like i had the cardiovascular fitness to go harder, but not the muscular. (i.e. I wasn't breathing as hard as normal, but couldn't turn any bigger of a gear to go harder)
