riding doesn't hurt my hip at all, so i can still do that. hopefully, running will be back soon.
was late getting started, so missed the group at the mockingbird u-turn, but saw them from a distance and since there was a big group I didn't bother attempting to catch them before the start. with more than about 6, its hard to get a solid interval workout in.
i got caught by cars on the first 3 intervals. by the fourth, the wind was picking up more, but i felt like i was pushing the hardest on the third and then fading a little on the 4th.
