rode before work since swim lesson after. REALLY windy. it seems like it takes my legs longer to warm up and get going at a normal cadence/pwr when i roll out of bed and get on the bike (saturdays, i normally am up at least an hour to eat first). i noticed that when i was commuting before i broke the road bike.
