Notes

I wasn't planning on running this much two days out from a half marathon. I ran 5 in the morning and almost 10 in the evening. The evening run was the track workout but it was too hot to run on the track (mid 90s). I did 4 warmup, and we decided to do hill sprints in the shade which we ran 2.5 miles to and 2 miles back. Forgot to lap a couple of the hill sprints. Taking today off.
