Notes

First run outside in three weeks. Piriformis is still an issue but the lower back/hip pain is gone. The whole run was bearable and I was still able to walk normally when I stopped running. Huge difference from Sunday's attempt. Chiro, corisone, stretching, tennis ball, foam roller, ice, ibuprofen, strength training. One of those in there is working.
