Odd/Even run. I tried to add 30 secs/mi to make it more manageable because of the humidity but my legs are shot. Everything is tight and I am having trouble picking up speed. Decided to bag the workout when I couldn't drop the pace anymore. After a couple of miles around 7:30 I was able to keep the last four miles around 7:30. The humidity is sapping everything out of my workouts.
