Hills with Patrick in the morning. Set out to do 12x200 with a jog down recovery. These got really tough at the end. In five days, I've had a race, workout, and then this this hill workout, so my legs were somewhat beat going into it. But over the last five, the separation between Patrick and I started earlier and earlier on the hill. Got 'em done, ran home, and lifted, and now I'll have a few very easy days to let that recovery set in.
