Did some pretty steep hill repeats today. Warmed up with Gavin and Edelapp, the split off for the workout. Explored the water tower just off the parkway. There are some bitchin' hills in that area. Ended up doing 4x25 seconds on a moderate climb, then right into 4x40ish seconds that ended in a real steep last 25m, then right back into the same 4x25 seconds on the same hill. Felt like a solid workout, even though the milage was low today. Lifting after.
