I felt really bad since the day before yesterday, and therefore didn't run yesterday.
But at the very last, I decided not to skip today's run, and it was really invigorating. It was a slow run, but I enjoyed it.
I run the last km barefoot. I only wanted to run about 500 m without my shoes, but it felt so good, that I doubled the distance. I even could have gone farther, but I'm really afraid of the TMTS-syndrome...
