I have lost over 105 pounds total now. I am married to a wonderful woman. She is actually my inspiration for running. She started running before I did, and she lost over 100 pounds. So I decided I'd give it a try...and I love it!! I ran cross country in Junior High for one season...and I HATED it!!! But now, I love running (and biking and swimming)!!
|Why do I run:
After losing some of my weight, I was able to get off my high blood pressure medicine, high cholesterol medicine and my high blood sugar medicine. I continue running because I enjoy it, and it's great discipline.
