Notes

Small blister on right foot near my big toe. Minor. Ran in Wright Socks single layer socks. I need to stick with WIgwam. No vaseline on feet - need to use that.

Stomach cramps at the start of the run. Calves were tight but more or less went away just short of the turnaround. Minor left hip pain.

Post run: feel good. Tired. Minor pain in my right ankle. Stomach: diarreaha.

Nutrition: 4 gels during the run. Had one about an hour in. Around every 30 to 40 minutes after that

Misc: ran with the Fuel Belt - two flasks. Went through about four of them. I think I need to carry all four. I ran out of water about 3 miles from the end. I also ran with music.

Effort: We went out a bit fast ~ 8:30/ 8:40 for the first couple of miles. I was a little concerned this was two fast. Apparently we had a neg split. I had a nice kick at the end.
