First real track workout all year and it was pretty rough. Hopefully it'll help me out with some of these shorter sumemr races comming up.
2 x 1200 + 2 x 800 + 4 x 400
Pace: 1200’s @ 5K Race Pace
800’s @ 5K pace – 10 seconds
400’s @ 5K – 12 / 15 seconds
Rest: 2.5 Minutes (150 seconds) after 1200’s & 800’s
90 seconds after 400’s
