long bike ride today with my dad from our house in sea isle all the way to the end of sea isle over the bridge (very scary) to avalon and the full length of the avalon boardwalk and back. it was real nice and we stopped for water ice on the promenade when we were almost home. my dad is a boss. my ankle is not :(
