so i had to do a thousand workout by myself on the dock track under the lights while a bunch of little girls were playing soccer. The first 2 were supposed to be tempo in 3:14, which i hit both times, and then 400 recovery, then 5 thousands at 3:00 pace with 200 recovery. I did the first in 2:54 cus i was feelin pretty good, then the others were just over 3, and the last one was another 2:54. The team did 4 200's after but i didnt have much time cus i have so much to do tonight im so screwed for school tomorrow, so i didnt do the 2's. But im glad i did the workout, i feel better now. School will suck tomorrow, but who cares running is more important. Yeah not much else to say about this, a little asian kid recognized me from north penn soccer and he was asking me what workouts ronnie akins did cus he wanted to be fast haha, it was funny. yeahhh, goodnight
