after a morning practice, we had 50 minute run. I took it fast. I thought the pace would be a lot faster than 7:25 maybe i missed some when i was mapping it. Pepe came and ran with me and no one else kept up. I felt like i needed to get in some kind of workout after missing yesterdays so i pushed it really hard the last 5 mins. My legs felt good and my back felt alright too.
