So all day MY FOOT KILLED :( so i couldnt run so it was just another pretty boring bike ride. geena stayed in for an extra 40 after her first hour to bike with me. Gorman strained his achilles tendon today so he'll be biking with me and geena the next few days. uneventful otherwise. Except geena and carolyn ice bathed for the first time today. I remember when i was an ice bath virgin. They were freakin out and it wasnt even cold haha it was funny.
