bus circle. perilli had us run 56 seconds hard and he put a cone where we hit 56. Then he did the same for 60 seconds. Then we went back to 56 and had to get to the cone. Then same for 60. It really wasnt that bad. Matt white came in on the 4th one and ran a 55 through the 60 second cone and then died on the others. I was really happy with my hamstring. I came a half hour early to practice so i could heat it and stretch it and it felt a lottt better for the workout. It didnt give me any trouble. My back bothered me still during the 100m accels we did after but all in all today was good. Although im still surprised it wasnt harder. He said he had planned for doing eight 400's on the track in 62. This workout did not compare to that.
