Notes
Been a long day in the office. Had a headache most of the day. Just a heavy day all around. Was expecting to come home and nap, then slog out 6 or so during the game on the treadmill.
Instead, got home and tried on the new Inspire 9's that came in today and took off. Besides being under dressed - it was a great run. Just felt good. Cleared my mind. Re-energized. All together a great run.
