Notes
Not quite sure how I thought I would be getting better over the past couple of days and today I have felt worse than the previous four days. A lot of sinus pressure. I'm sure driving home last night from Tennessee and not getting in til 2 and being in the office a little after 8 was really beneficial, too.
Great run though. Felt awesome the whole time.
It was about 30° and snowy. Sounds glorious until you add in the 30+ mph wind gusts. It was freakin' cold. Miserable. Straight up. Sucked. But the run was good. Why can't runs like today happen when it's 65° outside? I felt like I could have run forever...except for that whole not being able to breathe thing.
