Still sick. Could do without that. Fortunately I didn't fall when I ran today. Ran with Bill from 6-7, so that was nice to keep my mind off the fact it feels like I have a pet cat in my house that claws at the inside of my throat when I sleep. That's actually kind of creepy isn't it?
