Three miles in and the foot started hurting. Not sure what the deal was. Stopped and walked a bit to work it out. began to worry that maybe I had done something really bad because it hurt to even touch it. Ran about a tenth of a mile and stretched it more. Then again stopped at 3.33 miles and stretched again.
Slowed down to about a 9:30 pace and it began to ease up a little bit.
Got home and sat down, then played softball.
Assuming it was a cramp because it doesn't hurt anymore. It's still a bit tender to the touch, but I can put weight on it.
Stupid.
