Legs have been tight today but felt good once I started going. Ran at River Des Peres greenway so it was nice and flat.
2 mile warm up and then 20 mins at tempo
6:24, 6:25, 6:29 - the last mile was slightly off due to a stop light.
4 min recovery jog
Second set was tough. I was into a headwind but my legs just weren’t there. I think it was 6:43, 6:52, and 7:06
Then a cool down. Hopefully the legs start to recover better as the miles go to and the workouts become a bit more focused. All in all I don’t hate today’s workout.
