I prefer long runs, alone in the cold. Currently loving running trails in the NW.
|Why do I run:
Mainly for sound mental health. I love my 'me' time out on the road, and if I'm stressed at all, it clears my head and relaxes me. Improvement, accomplishment, and overall-feeling-better are also reasons.

It felt good, and I just loved doing it.
