Why do I run: Mainly for sound mental health. I love my 'me' time out on the road, and if I'm stressed at all, it clears my head and relaxes me. Improvement, accomplishment, and overall-feeling-better are also reasons. |
Why I started running: It felt good, and I just loved doing it. |
