About me:
Spent first 2 years of college at Eastern Illinois then transferred to NCC and graduated in 1997. I'm now married with 2 kids (Aiden, born 10/19/05 and Katie born 3/16/07) and live in Sugar Grove, IL, which is on the western edge of the Chicago suburbs.

Why do I run:
I love the feeling being in great shape and just being able to go out and effortlessly float through a run. There's something about getting into that rhythm and just enjoying the motion and taking in the scenery of the route that's so enjoyable. The comradery of running with other friends, alumni and current members of the NCC team is a huge enjoyment too.
