Breakfast: 2 Trader Joe's multi grain waffels with peanut butter and raspberry preserves, coffee, water. supplements: 4 grams L-Arginines, 4 Grams L-Glutamine, 2 grams Lysine, 2 grams Taurine, 2 tbsp Carnitine, Iron. Baby Aspirin. Pre-race 1 pack Keebler's peanut butter crackers, 2 packs of Generation UCAN cran-raspberry. Race: 1 pack of Gen UCAN cran-ras (some came out on the ferry). Water every 3 miles during the race.
