Scandia Run in Junction City
Should have ran a slower first mile and faster middle miles. In the end, i still feel i could have given more and probably taken 20+ seconds off this time.
Weather was sunny with no clouds, it was warm in the sun and there is little shade on the course. Was breezy, out of the North and West.
