Great long run, had a water bottle at 4 and 7.5 miles. Kept picking up pace over first 6 miles from 9:30's to upper 8's. ran the second have at about 8:20-8:40's and felt very comfortable. No hip issues, slight nerve pain in right side glute. HR held at 159/160 for last several miles at that pace which is good. (target 154-162)
Stretching
rolled out right glute with tennis ball, appears to help.
