Workout was 8m with 10x100 strides. ran 4.3 to track at GA pace, then 10x100 with jog/walk recovery for a total of 1.5m, then ran home. HR was comfortably in range during the GA portion, although pace was at slower end. Legs felt pretty heavy for the first 2 miles and then loosened up
