Good long run, two loops of roughly 11 mile course. 3 gels, 1.5 gatorades, and 12oz of water, so good fluid intake along the way. Knee was continually felt but not painful during entire run. This feels much more like a ligament/IT related issue than a joint issue. continued swelling on outside of knee. Iced a few hours after, with Aleve. Time for the taper. I keep feeling like running the half or intervals in the Zoom Streaks has something to do with this or the issue with the glute muscles/nerves on the right side. It almost feels like my stride has an intermitant limp or sag.
