Actual:

300s - 1 @ 49, 9 @48 with 29-35s rest

500s - 3 @ 76, 1 @ 77

This wasn't a ton of volume, but holy cow was the rest short on those 300s. On the workout it said to basically sprint the last 200 of the 500, but I basically just maintained. But I am glad that the 500s were faster pace than the 300s. I came through 400 59-61 and then just finished the reps. Seemed like every time I tried to go "harder" I would just get booty lock. Need to work on just focusing on turnover at the end and getting my feet on the track.
