From the Bank this route was 20.08 miles. For not mapping anything out this was pretty spot on. Want to make this a quicker long run. Took a bit for the legs to get down to the 6 flats - 5:50 range, but once they did I could literally feel them lock in to it. I feel like a marathon at this pace would be relatively easy to do. Now 5:20-5:30 pace would be a whole other ball game.
