60 seconds after the 1k, 90 after the mile, 60 in between 200s, 60 between 200 and mile.
Took two or three to get the pace on the 200s. Barreled head on into the wind for three of them. The CV mile felt pretty relaxed. The mile at the end I ran a 67 at the start and then back to back 70s and then like a 69. Overall pleased with his workout. Spitz told me to workout at 14:20 5k paces.
