Grass loops with Jack on Iowa CC course and soccer fields. Over at the soccer field we saw a deer attempting to jump a 12 foot fence. It was terrified of us. It kept just ramming itself into the fence in hopes of getting over. I think it took 3-4 jumps before it finally yeeted over the thing. Wild stuff.
70 bones on the week with only one 3 mile shake/double. Aiming for mid 70s next week. Up and up. Aiming for a 14 mile LR this week and 15 next. Starting to feel fitter.
