3 minutes (3k), 2 minutes rest, 1 minute (mile), 1 minute rest, 30 seconds (fast), 2:30 rest. 3 sets.
This one was tough. Had a really negative attitude going into this one. Spencer pulled me through it. The 3 minute reps were hard for me to keep up. The minute reps I was ok during. The 30 second reps I just gutted it out. It's not like I was that far away from Spencer, about 3 strides, but nonetheless practice how you race, and that is not how I want to race. On to the next one. Already forgot about it.
