2x2k 1x1k. 2k alternating 5k 10k pace per 200, 2k and 1k at thresh. Not sure on splits at all, just went off feel. Ran the whole thing in lane 2 or wider. Did exactly what I needed to with this workout. I was controlled and focused the entire time. Tried to be as efficient as I could. Breathing was easy for the most part.
