This workout was doosey. I have never actually ran a 2:40 k as a part of WO before. This is just a random stat line since the distances are all whacky and I took a lot of rest and what not, but this workout still added up to a 13:27.9 5k. Ngl I was pretty disheartened after I broke up the one K and started to take more rest, but to have a "bad" workout be only one rep short of the full thing isn't so bad. Just not used to tough workouts yet. But in order to do something you've never done, you have to do something you've never done.
