8x400 at 75. 5 minute rest. 3x400: 66, 65, 64.
Felt so controlled hitting 75. I felt strong at that pace. I feel confident that I will be able hold these splits for 5k. Coach thought I looked good. Didn't feel as if I was using my arms at all. Breathing was easy. The last three I had to use my arms just a bit more, but it still felt effortless. Overall great workout. Obviously it wasn't supposed to be a ball buster but nonetheless I felt great.
