Notes
So my original thought on this one was that I was working way too hard and not hitting paces, so initially it was just "oh this was a shitty workout." But rethinking what happening I was pretty pleased with this one, sure my legs were super tired at the end, but hey this is Wartburg track and Field, we don't eff around. All of my paces have been sped up, so my thresh paces were 3:13 instead of 3:25, and my interval pace was 2:58, and it was like 3:09 maybe. So I hit two of the thresh reps, was a couple seconds slow on the interval ones, but this is were I want to be racing, so I need to train this way. After reflecting on this one I am satisfied, now to do some more hardcore recovering. On to Auggie for a controlled first 5k with a neg split.
