Tempo effort. Last year I ran high 27 and died doing it, this year I felt hella good crossing the finish line almost a minute faster. I think I won by 3 minutes not really sure. Kylie also did it and won the women's title. Really pleased with this tempo.Only bad thing about this workout is that it left my stomach a little iffy after. Shakeout was bad news. Only wanted to do about 15 minutes but mis calculated a loop and went 20. Made it to about 12 minutes before I could no longer hold it. Thank God Cascade has a corn field right in the middle of it. Thought I just had to pee, but ended up sprinting a few more rows in and barely got my shorts down, worst shat of my life. Side note: no more dairy, stomach is still effed from Casey's pizza.
