6-8 reps of 3 up 2 down. Did 7 reps. Felt smooth and controlled on every rep but the last one. 2 minutes into the 7th rep I started to just try my best to keep up. Called it on that one. Got what I needed to out of this one. Now time to recover and run a fast 3k with my boys on Saturday! Great work today Knights!
