Felt like I was working way to hard after 2k. After words I was struggling to keep up on the hills. Coach gave me some stuff so I can bounce back. I think it's called rybo? Anyways, going to up iron and iodine for the next few days.
If you can get through a rough race you can sure get through a good one! Got two weeks to get figured out before Bradley and I can't wait to see what you can do when you are firing on all cylinders!
