According to the strata map it was a full 8k. This was a tough course. It rained all day the day before so it was super muddy. And there were a ton of hills. Brought me back to the 2019 cross season where we just on muddy courses the whole year. Felt like it was super hard for me to catch my breath. I was basically walking through some of the parts on the course. idk, with how I've been feeling I'll take it. Little less than a month until cross champs so hopefully I'll be full strength by then.
