I was told this was a pretty standard workout post race. Ngl it seemed very daunting, but in all reality this was a broken up tempo. It also seemed daunting because I haven't done this much volume on the track in probably over a year. I alternated directions to break up the monotony a little bit. 93% humidity when I started. Needless to say I was dripping by the end of the warmup. Put a towel and water bottle by the start/finish and forced myself to get a drink after every rep. Other than the heat it was a pretty standard WO. Started with a 3:55 then 3:53 then everything else was between 3:43-47. Now we study all day.
