Haven't gone that quick in a while. The third mile was mostly downhill. I would have like to stayed more in the 5:20s range but oh well. Ran the warm up with a group of guys and then split off. A friend kept m company on a bike, while pulling her sleeping child behind her. Little Breck has the life I tell ya.
