Actually did the thresh reps the right way and this workout was 100x better than last time. Was right around 5 flat pace for the 3 minute reps and felt smooth af. Gotta go slow to go fast!

Knee had some inflammation on the cold down. Turmeric capsules tonight and cross training tomorrow.
